►个人简介 

雷红涛,男1973年3月生,博士,教授,博士生导师,现任华南农业大学食品学院院长,入选国家创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才、“广东特支计划”科技创新领军人才,兼任畜禽产品精准加工与安全控制国家地方联合工程中心副主任、农业部农产品贮藏保鲜质量安全风险评估实验室(广州)副主任、广东省食品质量安全重点实验室副主任Chemical and Biological Technologies in Agriculture副编辑Food and Agricultural Immunology ( IF 1.392)编委, 《食品科学》编委。研究兴趣集中在食品污染物的分子识别及其应用,旨在利用食品科学、免疫学、结构生物学、分析化学等多种手段,研究食品污染物的生物分析方法、分子识别机制、手性毒理、检测试剂盒研制等,为食品安全保障提供科技支撑。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、行业公益(农业)项目、广东省自然科学基金团队项目、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划子项目、广东省科技计划项目等多项,主要参加973项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家“863” 等项目二十多项。主编国家规划教材1部,参编教材5部。公开发表学术论文八十多篇,授权专利二十多项。2009年获广东省科学技术一等奖(第2)、中华农业科技二等奖(第2)、2010年获国家科技进步二等奖(第2)、2014年获国家教学成果二等奖(第3)各1项。
